— one involving going after a negligent and recalcitrant school director (who refused to enact a bullying policy after my daughter had been repeatedly bullied by a troublesome student) with a civil suit, and another involving changing my daughter’s last name through the courts.

I’ve dealt with plenty of litigation and found communication is something many other attorneys fail to afford. It’s something I consider a big “green flag” for what constitutes a good practitioner of law.
