Hitting co-parenting goals won’t happen overnight. It is something that takes patience and energy, but well worth the time spent in terms of setting your kids up for success. The best way to set children up for success in terms of rules and rewards, is to have similar expectations between two households.

When children have consistency, they know what to expect and what is expected of them. This means they are less likely to get frustrated, by not knowing what is expected of them. Additionally, the simple act of trying to have similar routines in respect to meals, homework, and bedtime.
